Job Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)

      Job Responsibility: 

• Business Development from both local and International market, sending quotations, specifications trial samples, PFI, Negotiations.
• Provide technical support to the customers, solve customer query whenever required.
• Co-ordination with various internal channels of the company such as suppliers, logistics, accounts, for timely processing of the customer need in a given time frame.
• Interacting with the customers and understanding their requirements for material shipment, coordinating with the team and overlooking all the details.
• New business development both locally and internationally through various references and modes of communication.
• Monitoring sales and in-depth analysis, generating reports for the marketing team.
• Preparing marketing inputs like presentations, brochures, etc.

Experience:

 Candidate with minimum of 5 years of experience

Education Background: 

Degree should be science any stream (except engineering) or Preferably MVSc.

The Roles & Responsibilities are:

1. New product development: Handling the R&D pipeline and products for the company. Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting for R&D. Also assist R&D for the existing products.
2. Competitor analysis for new products in the development stage.
3. Ingredient analysis and error-free report of analysis.

We are currently hiring a Master of Veterinary Science (Animal Nutrition) for our Techno-Commercial team.

The Roles & Responsibilities are:

1. Providing technical assistance in developing existing & new products, literature & presentation of products. Also, ensure proper product training and knowledge transfer is done to the team.
2. New product development: Handling the R&D pipeline and products for the company. Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting for R&D.
3. Customer Interaction & Feedback: Analysis of customer feedback received through calls or emails. Providing solutions to customers’ problems by providing technical help to customers as and when required.
4. Providing critical customer interactions to the customer in order to convert sample orders to business orders.
5. Monitoring all the trials closely & taking reviews of the farmer regarding the weekly reports and bird behaviour. 
6. Taking samples as per the protocol and reviewing performance parameters on a weekly basis.
7. Analysing data from the customer trials with different parameters which include all tests requested to the lab and recorded at the farm. 
8. Ensuring all Trials Reports are properly documented for future reference.
9. Helping the team in designing the marketing plan and looking out for proper product branding.
10. Providing logistical support for the marketing material.
11. Updating self with all publications, research papers, blogs or articles. Also, provide support to the digital marketing team.
12. Connecting with professors and experienced people in the industry to help allow the inflow of good employees and customers as references. These form essential inputs for product development and trial farm sources. These inputs also help in the formation of forecasting techniques to provide the directional inputs to the company to grow and achieve its targets.

We are currently hiring QC for our Bhiwandi plant.

The Roles & Responsibilities are:

1. To arrange laboratory as per Good Laboratory practice (GLP).
2. To prepare Standard operating procedures.
3. To prepare Standard testing procedures
4. To prepare Instrument Operating procedures.
5. To calibrate all the instruments at specified regular intervals.
6. Method development.
7. To prepare and maintain QA/QC documents and registers.
8. To maintain standard records and documents as per FAMI-QS.
9. Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced
10. Report inspection and test data.
11. To carry out any work given by QC/Lab Incharge.
12. To carry out the analysis work and report any abnormality to Seniors
13. To do the analysis of RM / In-process / FP by chemicals & instrumental methods of analysis.
14. To prepare SOP for QC Instruments, and STP for RM / FP. 
15. To do the calibration of Instruments as and when required.

Mandatory Skills:

• B.Sc or M.Sc with Chemistry. 
• Should have working experience of 3-5 yrs. 
• Knowledge of Wet Chemical analysis. 
• Knowledge of Instrumental Analysis. 
• Knowledge of Documentation SOPs and STPs. 
• Knowledge of preparation of COA. 
• To carry out daily calibration of instruments

Desired Skills

• Well Versed with Titrimetric analysis. 
• Well Versed with the handling of UV, GC, and HPLC. 
• Should be able to prepare SOPs, STPs of RM, and FP when required. 
• Should be able to prepare COA of FP when needed. 
• To do daily calibration of Instruments like balance, PH meter, periodic calibration of GC, HPLC, UV.
